French Missalette Order … for those who had ordered through the Parish , please note that your subscription expires at the end of September 2015. Anyone wishing to order the French Missalette … through the Parish office and saving you about $10 … beginning October 2015, will need to notify the Parish office no later than August 10th. You also have the choice of ordering your own through Novalis directly. The English Missalette will be ordered later.
St. Paul’s Cemetery Sunday Mass … at the cemetery (weather permitting) on Sunday, August 23rd, 11:00am. Please bring your own chair. Should we have inclement weather, the Mass will be in the Church. At this time, we wish to acknowledge the continued wonderful work of Leonard Walsh & Leonard Gallant, caretakers for the cemetery.
St Peregrine Relic … enclosed in a crucifix. This went missing after the Mass of June 18th. If anyone has any information, please call the Parish office.

Religious Education News …
Families who taught their children at home … please return your books to the parish office. I still need some books to be returned before catechism begins in September. The office is open 9:00am to 4:30pm daily. We will need new parents to come on board to teach or assist those already teaching Sunday catechism; all grades are in need. Please consider this important ministry as your child or grandchild is learning their faith. Without your assistance, the Parish program could not continue. Catholic Studies courses offered at UPEI … funded by the SDU Board of Governors. Offering “Introduction to Catholic Christianity” in the fall (Wed, 7 to 10pm) and in the winter (Wed, 1:30 to 4:30pm). Talk (in English ) “Settling Miscouche & St. Nicholas in Lot 17” … Tuesday, August 4th, 7:30pm at the Acadian Museum. Historian Georges Arsenault will present this talk explaining how a group of Scottish families settled in Miscouche and then later joined by Acadian families.
