Custodian Wanted … St Paul’s Parish is looking for a custodian to provide cleaning and maintenance services for the Church and Parish Center. The candidate must be a self starter, preferably with experience in maintenance and/or cleaning. French Missalette Order … for those who had ordered through the Parish , please note that your subscription expires at the end of September 2015. Anyone wishing to order the French Missalette … through the Parish office and saving you about $10 … beginning October 2015, will need to notify the Parish office no later than August 10th. You also have the choice of ordering your own through Novalis directly. The English Missalette will be ordered later.

Religious Education News …
Families who taught their children at home … please return your books to the parish office. I still need some books to be returned before catechism begins in September. The office is open 9:00am to 4:30pm daily. We will need new parents to come on board to teach or assist those already teaching Sunday catechism; all grades are in need. Please consider this important ministry as your child or grandchild is learning their faith. Without your assistance, the Parish program could not continue. I look forward to hearing from you … say YES! You can contact the parish directly or send Theresa an email.

St Peregrine Relic … enclosed in a crucifix. This went missing after the Mass of June 18th. If anyone has any information, please call the Parish office.

2015 Organ Recital Series … Tuesday, July 28th, 1:00pm with Leo Marchildon & Ch’Town Brass Quartet at St. Dunstan’s Basilica. The 45 minute program repeated on Wed., July 29th, 7:00pm at St. Simon & St. Jude’s, Tignish.

Talk (in French) on the Children’s Games of the Past … Tuesday, July 28th, Acadian Museum, Miscouche. Yvonne Pitre will speak about the games of her childhood in Saint- Philippe. Members of the audience will be invited to participate in illustrating some of the games.
